I had a great experience with Gaylord physical therapy in Cromwell Ct. My therapist Brian Reis was excellent, he listened and the exercises really made a difference in my recovery, everyone there made it a welcoming and comfortable place, I really appreciate all they did.

I went to see Stephanie in Cromwell for my right shoulder pain that had been progressively getting worse over the past few months. After Stephanie gave me a few initial tests to determine what the root problem was, she was able to determine that it was due to a weakness in my scapula. I showed up twice a week to work on mobility of my shoulder and scapula strengthening. After about 2 weeks I was back in the gym weightlifting confidently with extra focus on my form. After about a month of seeing Stephanie, I was very confident in my exercises at the gym and was back going 5-6 times a week. Stephanie was very kind and actively listened during our sessions to provide a customized method of fixing the root cause of my issue. I am writing this 2 months since my last session and have had nothing but painless experiences in the gym! Thank you Stephanie!

Gaylord PT Cromwell has been a positive experience from the start. Everyone was so kind, patient and professional. I got to know everyone from Brandon at the desk to the interns and of course the therapists. In the past month or so I was being seen by Stephanie and she was completely knowledgeable about what I needed and with her I grew stronger daily, she inspired me to keep moving and thrilled me with the results of our appts and hard work . It’s honestly been the first time I truly benefitted from PT and I would choose Gaylord again in the future if I needed PT again.
